The information provided on this website and by Elements Med Lounge is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Treatment-specific information
Descriptions of treatments, procedures, and protocols — including but not limited to ozone therapy (EBOO), peptide therapy, stem cell treatments, hormone optimization, Botox, dermal fillers, and laser procedures — are provided for informational purposes. All treatments carry risks and potential side effects. Results vary by individual. Treatment decisions should be made in consultation with our clinical team during a formal consultation, where risks, benefits, and alternatives will be discussed in detail.
FDA notice
Some treatments and therapies offered at Elements Med Lounge may include off-label use of FDA-approved medications or therapies. Off-label use is legal and common in medical practice. Your provider will inform you when treatments are being used off-label and will discuss the clinical rationale, evidence base, and any additional considerations.
Emergency situations
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. This website is not monitored for emergencies and should not be used to seek urgent medical attention.

Protected health information
Elements Med Lounge is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and applicable state laws. PHI includes any information about your health, treatment, or payment for healthcare services that can be linked to you.
How we use and disclose PHI

Website forms & PHI
General contact forms and booking requests on this website are not HIPAA-secured communication channels. Please do not submit sensitive health information through website forms. For secure communication of health information, please contact the clinic directly by phone or visit in person.
Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your PHI. Electronic records are stored in HIPAA-compliant systems with encryption, access controls, and audit logging. Our staff receives regular training on privacy and security practices.
Informed Consent
Consent process
All patients will receive and sign informed consent documents prior to any treatment or procedure. Consent forms detail the specific treatment being performed, expected benefits, potential risks and side effects, alternative options, and what to expect during recovery. You have the right to ask questions and withdraw consent at any time before or during treatment.
Photography & media
Before-and-after photographs may be taken for your medical record. Any use of photographs for marketing, website, or educational purposes requires separate written consent. You may decline photography consent without affecting your treatment.
